Torsional vibration can be a serious machinery malfunction if not properly diagnosed and corrected. There are several diagnostic methodologies that can be used to identify whether torsional vibration is occurring. These methods can involve strain gage telemetry system, pulse encoder system, “matched” vibration sensor systems, and others.

Once a torsional vibration condition is identified several analytical tools can be used to develop corrective actions and modification. DyRoMa specialists can provide diagnostic expertise to identify torsional vibration root causes and provide solutions.
Piping Vibration Analysis:
Piping vibration can lead to piping and machinery damage. There are several methodologies that can be used to diagnose piping vibration issues. Operating deflection shape (ODS) analysis and modal analysis are two methods that are commonly used. DyRoMa specialists can provide diagnostic expertise to identify piping vibration root causes and provide solutions.
